March 2nd is the date.
On that day a lot of new things will be introduced such as: iOS 5, a possible preview of the iPhone 5 and of course the iPad2.
Probably the iPhone 5 will be release in June but this is not sure, anyway developers will have all the time to familiarise with the beta of the iOS5.
Furthermore the new iPad2 will have a new design, a new faster processor and a webcam.
For now these are the information that Apple has released.
